Hospital floors have to be seamless and easy to disinfect. We lay vinyl from wide rolls, heat-weld the seams with a matching rod, and turn the floor up the wall as a coved skirting, so there are no gaps or corners for dirt, water or bacteria to collect.
Homogeneous vinyl is a single layer coloured all the way through, for corridors and operating theatres that take the heaviest traffic. Heterogeneous vinyl prints its design under a clear wear layer, for a wider choice of colours and patterns in wards, patient rooms and clinics.

Homogeneous
A single layer of vinyl with its colour and pattern running through its full thickness, so wear never reveals a different layer beneath. It takes the heaviest traffic, and can be buffed back to a fresh finish.
