What to know.
An upholstered headboard makes the bed the centre of the room and gives a soft backrest for reading. We make it to the width of the bed, or wider to run behind the bedside tables, and as tall as the wall calls for, in vertical channels, panels, buttons or a plain padded finish.
Each one is built on a frame, padded and covered in the fabric you choose, often matched to the curtains or the bed linen, then fixed to the wall or the bed. For hotels we make runs of identical headboards in one size and fabric.
